Shipping Policy

www.ovlo.in is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 14 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be made at the address of the buyer as mentioned at the time of order.

www.ovlo.in is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per applicable laws.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5 (five) working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company/post office norms.

Cancellations

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours by reaching out to on email info@ovlo.in

Cancellation after Clip is Confirmed:

Order can be cancelled after deducting nominal shipping charges of Rs. 100. Payment will be cleared after buyer provides the bank account on email.

Return after Delivery:

If the customer has not opened the package, the package can be returned within 15 days of receiving the order. The customer has to take responsibility of shipping the package back to us and the payment will be cleared after verification of the package.

All refund amounts will get processed within 7-10 working days from the date of return or cancellation.
